The SingHealth Gastroenterology Senior Residency Programme is a three-year programme.
In Year 1, you will be exposed to inpatient and ambulatory Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Basic Endoscopy training and supervised Gastrointestinal (GI)/Liver consult services. In Year 2, you can look forward to subspecialty rotations in Liver Transplantation and Advanced Endoscopy training in addition to Inpatient/Ambulatory and Consult rotations. Finally, in Year 3, you will gain exposure to Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD)/Nutrition subspecialty and have the opportunity to choose two 3-month elective clinical/research rotation under the supervision of elective supervisors.
Residents who have a passion for research can also opt for the Clinician Scientist Track on our programme.
