I have been exposed to a wide variety of patients and complex clinical conditions, which has made learning both meaningful and grounded in real-world practice, while allowing me to learn from colleagues across different fields. 

The training rotations have given me a strong foundation, while still offering the flexibility to pursue electives that align with my interests. Whether in leadership, education, or research, there are many opportunities to grow and explore areas one is passionate about. 

What stands out to me is the genuine commitment to teaching — senior doctors and faculty regularly go beyond scheduled tutorials, often taking time for impromptu teaching sessions. Regular interactions with the faculty and Chief Residents also make us feel supported, knowing that our feedback is being taken seriously.

The programme offers a strong clinical foundation, with exposure to a wide spectrum of common and complex cases. While the workload can be demanding, its supportive environment, which encourages progressive responsibility, has allowed me to grow in confidence, clinical reasoning, and independence. 

I have been fortunate to train alongside talented peers who have become close friends, and to learn from dedicated Senior Residents and consultants who have been generous with their time and mentorship. These experiences have been formative in both my professional and personal development.
