Dr Ong Hon Shing graduated from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine, University of London, UK. He completed his basic and advanced Ophthalmology specialist training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK. He also completed sub-specialised fellowships in Corneal and External Diseases at Western Eye Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Dr Ong is currently undertaking a joint research and clinical fellowship with Professor Jodhbir Mehta in Corneal and External Diseases at the Singapore National Eye Centre and Singapore Eye Research Institute and pursuing a higher research degree, MD (res), in Ocular Surface Inflammation and Scarring at UCL Institute of Ophthalmology, UK
