Dr Tan Hui Li is an Advanced Practice Nurse at Medical Intensive Care, Singapore General Hospital. Dr Tan has been involved in research, education and quality improvement projects related to intensive care for over 10 years. Her project on ventilator Associated Pneumonia is the only QI project in SGH to win the highest IQC recognition – Star Award – since 2012. In recognition for Dr Tan’s contributions to quality improvements, she was awarded the SGH’s 2017 Quality Improvement (QI) Star of the Year.
