Dr Ong Thun How is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine and was Director of the Sleep Disorders Unit, Singapore General Hospital, from 2011- 2014. She is also Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore and Programme Director for the SingHealth Respiratory Medicine Senior Residency. Dr Ong did her Health Manpower Development Plan training in sleep medicine at Brown University, Rhode Island. Her research interests include obstructive sleep apnea in Asian patients, chronic non-invasive ventilation, and ways to improve continuous positive pressure take-up and compliance.
