Mr Chong Jia Loon is an MD-PhD Candidate at the Duke-NUS Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Bioengineering) degree from the National University of Singapore. As part of his PhD dissertation project, Mr Chong has been actively involved in a series of studies related to development and validation of an instrument that matches health and social services to needs in an ageing population called the Simple Segmentation Tool.
