REGISTRATION FEES

*Student rate is applicable only to full-time students studying in Singapore.

How to Register?

• To register, please click on the link HERE (internet-enabled laptop required and it is best viewed on Chrome)  or
• Scan the QR code below

• You will receive a system-generated email upon successful registration and the confirmation email will be sent to you within seven working days.
• Please be reminded to inform and seek the necessary approvals before registering. 

Note: Professional points (CME, CPE, SNB, DCR) will be applied and it is subjected to approval. Please note that only registered delegates will be awarded the points.

Withdrawal Policy

• Any withdrawals and request for refunds are subjected to approval, and must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at sport.conf@singhealth.com.sg no later than 8 February 2021. Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund. 
• Full registration fees will be incurred for any cancellations received from 9 February 2021.
