Three Levels of Illustration Complexity

Level 1: Simple Lines
Illustration with black lines only without shadings or colours.

E.g.: Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Level 2: Moderate Tones
Illustration with a limited range
of colours or grey tones.

E.g.: Dixhallpile Manuever

Level 3: Complex Details
Illustration with wide range
of colours, shadows, highlights
and textures.
