Your Learning Experience

You will be exposed to a wide spectrum of Neurosurgical conditions from all major Adult Neurosurgical subspecialty conditions to Paediatric Neurosurgery subspecialty as you get rotated through National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) campuses and National University Hospital (NUH). Our goal for the programme is to produce a group of neurosurgeons who will lead the field in the future. If you are highly motivated, responsible, works well in a team and have a good attitude towards learning, Neurosurgery may be for you.

Residents are rotated through SGH-SKH-CGH, TTSH-KTPH, NUH-NTFGH and KKH - offering full coverage across all aspects of Neurosurgery. The diverse curriculum includes Neurotrauma & Neurocritical Care, Neuro-oncology, Neurovascular Surgery, Skull Base Surgery, Spine Surgery, Paediatric Neurosurgery, Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, Epilepsy Surgery, Neuroendoscopy and Peripheral Nerve Surgery.
