Registration Information

Note: Professional points (CME, CPE, SNB, AHPC, DCR) will be applied and it is subjected to approval. Please note that only registered delegates will be awarded the points.
Student rate is only applicable to full-time students with a valid local matriculation card. Proof of student status, i.e. photo of student ID is required to be submitted for verification purposes.*

Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis
Forum will be conducted in English, and there will be no translation to Chinese
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
Please be reminded to inform and seek the necessary approvals before registering.
Any withdrawals and request for refunds are subjected to approval, and must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at ask@singhealthacademy.edu.sg no later than 6 June 2026.
Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
Full registration fees will be incurred for any no-show on the event day and cancellations received after 6 June 2026.
