Daeng NADIA Binte Zaini has devoted her time in the social service sector, since starting out as Volunteer Trainer for Mindfull Community’s Caregiver-To-Caregiver Mental Health training programme in 2020. In her professional capacity as part of the Partnerships & Engagement team at Mindfull Community, Nadia facilitates collaborations with other social service organisations, healthcare institutions as well as corporate partners to help further build inclusive and psychologically safe spaces in Singapore.

Prior to advocating for mental health literacy and caregiver support, she had spent the first two decades of her career in corporate communications. Having lost her father in 2004; the year she finished school, Nadia eventually became primary caregiver to her late mother with Vascular Dementia through palliative stage and currently still cares for her sister with Intellectual Disability. She is also a member of the SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN @ SGH) since 2023.
