While the hallmarks of Singapore’s public transport system is in its efficiency, convenience and connectedness, a complementary caring commuting culture is essential to achieve a more people-centred land transport system that meets the diverse needs of an inclusive, liveable, and vibrant global city. Aligned with this year’s theme on “Fostering Person-Centric Care”, this presentation will share LTA’s efforts to foster collaborations with the community to shape a gracious and caring commuting culture in Singapore.
