Ms Wong Yoke Ping is a senior nurse manager in Changi General Hospital. She has attained her Masters of Palliative Care in Aged Care. Since 2011, she pioneered the palliative care service in Changi General Hospital and is instrumental to develop the palliative nursing competency in the hospital and for community nurses. Her key interest is in developing general palliative nursing framework in the acute hospital and nursing homes.  

Due to the nature of palliative care, Yoke Ping has been supporting nursing staff as a peer supporter, conducting post incidents dialogues, and sharing strategies for self-care.
