Ms Frida is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) from SingHealth Polyclinics, Sengkang. She has been an APN since 2013. Her clinical role in the polyclinic is managing patients with suboptimal control for chronic diseases that includes evaluating patients’ responses to medications changes, conduct physical examination, order and interpret laboratory report.

In My Care Team (MCT), she continues to collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care to improve patient outcomes by enhancing patient engagement to focus on preventive care to promote better health and well-being.
