Ms Ong leads the Healthier SG team that consist of community nurses and wellbeing coordinator to anchor population health across 10 Community Health Posts of Bukit Merah Precinct. The team provides accessible community health services through nursing consult, social prescribing, active outreach, capability building and partnership. 

Ms Ong possessed the passion and commitment in service expansion and quality improvement. As a trained QI Coach and ESTHERs Coach facilitator, she has successfully led 3 QI projects participated and coached 5 projects.  Many of the projects were presented at conferences and forums to promote innovative collaboration and seek opportunities for sustainability.
