Ms Han is the Chief Purpose Officer of Montfort Care. She has been a social worker for more than 25 years. She received her Outstanding Social Worker Award in 2010 and was appointed as Master Social Worker in year 2014. As a social work collaborator, she believes in establishing effective partnership with different stakeholders to better serve the “vulnerable clientele. As such, she also sits in the Review Committee, Children and Young Persons Home, Ministry of Social Family Development, Ren Ci Medifund Committee and teaches in the Social Service Institute so as to share ground experiences and her social work expertise. In her current role, she establishes strategies that helps the employees in the organisation see how their roles have purpose and also communicate to the community at large to garner their support.
