Ms Esther is currently Chief Allied Health Professional , Allied Health Division, Singapore General Hospital and Director, SingHealth Centre for Person-Centred Care. She oversees Staff Engagement and Talent Development to enhance the attraction, retention, recognition and well-being of Allied Health Professionals (AHP), as well as institute a robust leadership development and succession plan to realise the potentials of the diverse talent within the AHP community. Concurrently, she looks into the strategic implementation of community integration initiatives to advance transformative care. Esther champions the adaptation of ESTHER Network in Singapore to drive person-centred care within and across the health and social sectors and is the first social worker and allied health professional to be awarded the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Scholarship.'
