Ms Precilla is the Advanced Practice Nurse in Home Nursing Foundation. As a community nurse of more than 10 years, she manages complex and unstable patients with the multidisciplinary team, including end-of-life care for the frail and chronic sick for community dwelling patients. Precilla is also actively participating in education and research activities.
