Ms Pan Donghong is a dedicated and accomplished nursing professional with 23 years of experience in both clinical practice and education. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Donghong brings a depth of expertise and a passion for nursing to her role. She integrates clinical insights into teaching, mentoring aspiring nurses for 14 years and nurturing care excellence.

Equipped with a Master's degree in Nursing and an Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing, Donghong has honed her skills to provide top-notch care to patients and has extended this expertise to her students.

Before embarking on her teaching career, Donghong accumulated a rich clinical background over 9 years. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of specialties, including medical, geriatrics, surgical wards, as well as medical and coronary intensive care units. This hands-on involvement in various medical settings has endowed her with a profound understanding of patient care from various perspectives.
