Mr Michael Chong is a Deputy Director with the Office for Service Transformation, a department in the SingHealth Division of Innovation & Transformation. Together with the dynamic and passionate team at OST, he pursues strategic initiatives and projects across the SingHealth cluster. These endeavours are focused on transforming patient experiences and delivering quality patient care, through the efficient use of clinical / non-clinical resources and process improvements. 

Mr Chong concurrently heads the Partnership & Communications function at the Division of Innovation & Transformation. In this role, he helps to drive the engagement with like-minded partners and collaborators to complement SingHealth’s efforts and capabilities in innovation and transformation, to bring more value to stakeholders.
