Ms Elaine Chan is a neonatal nurse with more than 20 years of experience. She is the co-chair of the KKH Early Baby Bird Club. She leads a team of homecare nurses in coordinating care and training for caregivers with babies with multiple homecare needs. Besides her interest in neonatal homecare, she is an ECMO specialist for the paediatric and neonatal population. She is also a certified car seat technician leading a group of car seat champions (nurses) promoting car seat safety.
