Ms Debbie WILD

Ms Debbie Wild is currently Deputy Director, Office of Improvement Science, a branch of the Centre for Performance Excellence at CGH. She was previously the Deputy Director of Hospital Performance Management at CGH and prior to that, she was the Assistant Director, Clinical Governance and Quality Management at SingHealth.


Ms Wild received her BSc Economics (Hons) from Bath University in the UK before joining the prestigious National Health Service’s (NHS) General Management Training Scheme. On graduating from the NHS Training Scheme, she undertook a variety of general management positions in the NHS over a period of ten years. She has also worked as a Researcher in Health Economics at the University of Sheffield and as a Senior Specialist in the Performance Audit Unit of the UK Audit Commission, specialising in healthcare.


Ms Wild graduated from the Institute for HealthCare Improvement Advisor Professional Development Programme in Boston in 2007 and more recently completed the University of Michigan Lean Certification Programme.


With close to 20 years of experience in the Singapore public healthcare system, Ms Wild currently works with multidisciplinary Clinical, Operational Teams and Improvement Specialists to drive value across a wide range of clinical and operational programmes.
