The symposium will provide an overview of the state-of-the-art research at SingHealth and Duke-NUS, on ageing from the health and social perspectives. Principal investigators working on the areas of rehabilitation, community health services, medication labelling, and interventions to improve falls risk, will present their findings and learning points as well as the use of systems modeling in health systems to improve care delivery. Local and international work will be shared.
