It is designed to enhance debriefing skills through a blend of lectures, role play scenarios, group activities and interactive discussions. Through a blend of theory and practical application, you will develop a deeper understanding of simulation debriefing practices

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to :

• Master various debriefing methodologies
• Create a psychologically safe environment that encourages open dialogue and honest reflection
• Develop the knowledge & tools necessary to become proficient debriefers
• Creating & maintaining a safe environment for learning conversations
• Nurturing an environment for learner-centeredness during debriefing
• Managing challenging debriefing scenarios, including emotional reactions and conflict
