The SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS) is one of Singapore's largest simulation facilities with a comprehensive range of simulation modalities, cutting-edge technology, and training programmes.

SIMS is the first and largest healthcare simulation institute in Singapore and Southeast Asia to have achieved full accreditation in 2019 across four campuses by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), the leading healthcare simulation accreditation body in the worldInitially accredited in 2019, SIMS has successfully gained reaccreditation this year, extending its recognised status until December 2029. The accreditation formally recognises SIMS' excellence in healthcare simulation in accordance with international industry standards in the areas of Assessment, Research, Teaching/Education, Systems Integration, and now includes a new domain on Fellowship. This comprehensive accreditation underscores SIMS' ongoing commitment to maintaining and advancing the highest standards in healthcare simulation.

The SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute of Medical Simulation (SIMS) aims to be an international leader in the delivery of comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, multi-modality and interprofessional simulation-based training and research.
