How to Register?
- Registrations are now closed.
Note: Professional points (CME, CPE, SNB, DCR) will be applied and it is subjected to approval. Please note that only registered delegates will be awarded the points.
Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy
- Please note that SingHealth and Duke-NUS staff who are registered under various fundings will incur a no show fee of SGD 150.
- Please note that full registration fees will be incurred in the event of any no show by Non-SingHealth staff.
- Any withdrawals and request for refunds are subjected to approval, and must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at ask@singhealthacademy.edu.sg no later than 4 October 2024. Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
- Full registration fees will be incurred for any cancellations received from 5 October 2024.
