To lead others well, one must first learn to lead oneself. It is with this belief that SingHealth supports its young executives who are taking the first steps in their leadership journey — by helping them to build a strong foundation in self leadership.

By focusing on the self leadership competency, CHeAL aims to develop confident professionals who are willing to lead themselves and others well. Staff will gain increased clarity about  themselves (i.e. their Core Beliefs and Values, Identity, Purpose and Personal Vision). They will be empowered to lead from a more conscious, balanced and centred place, where leadership emerges as a personal choice and a commitment to be authentic and purposeful.
