Team Leadership Programme (TLP)

About the Programme

This programme aims to develop team leaders with the capability to build cohesive and committed teams of professionals to deliver high quality services and results. Participants will learn to build positive relationships, foster team learning, drive for results, communicate to influence and develop others.
