This programme aims to equip participants with the ability to engage with diverse groups, appeal to reasons, values, or emotions to generate enthusiasm and commitment for work or projects.

Learning Objectives

The programme will cover the following topics:

Structuring ideas clearly and simply
Using the six basic logical plans to focus on communication and answer questions quickly and coherently
Targeting the message to the listener’s core concerns
Organising ideas while you speak
Identifying commonly asked questions and preparing answers
Using bridging techniques to handle objections and deal with hostile situations and emotional issues
