Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) Refresher Briefing

This briefing session introduces participants to PDPA, its requirements and key tools available in SingHealth for PDPA compliance. Its content is similar to the PDPA cluster-wide briefing organised in Mar 2019.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the briefing, participants will learn:

Define personal data
List examples of personal data
Describe the 9 main obligations of PDPA
Locate key tools available for PDPA compliance in SingHealth

Target Audience

Newly employed SingHealth staff or current staff who wishes to refresh their PDPA knowledge.
