The Singapore Health Quality Service Awards (SHQSA) is a nationwide platform to honour outstanding healthcare professionals from across the healthcare sector who have delivered quality care and excellent patient experience. 

Workplace Safety & Health Council Care Challenge
- Token of Recognition & Endorsement 2023

The Workplace Safety & Health Council Care Challenge encourages healthcare institutions to showcase programmes implemented to take care of their staff's well-being and how their staff have benefitted from them. A Care Programme is defined as one that mainly focuses on improving staff well-being. By sharing a Care Programme, healthcare institutions can demonstrate that they are committed to prioritising staff well-being. The sharing of such practices will also facilitate cross learning and allow the industry to learn best practices from one another. 

​AMEI Golden Apple Awards
- Programme Excellence Award 2022
The AMEI Golden Apple Awards recognise faculty and staff with an active teaching role in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Honour the best in healthcare education who have transformed teaching by engaging and inspiring learners. The Programme Excellence Award uniquely recognises distinctive educational programmes in SingHealth and Duke-NUS Medical School across the various healthcare professions for applying best practices in education philosophies and following a scholarly approach. 

​SingHealth You Shine Award 2022
- Team Awards
SingHealth You Shine Award recognises SingHealth HQ staff for their consistent demonstration of excellent service behaviour and their contribution to a SingHealth initiative/project.

​SingHealth Joy at Work Fund 2021
- Joyful Community Award
The Joy At Work (JAW) Fund aims to be an all-encompassing fund for boosting the well-being and resilience of SingHealth staff in the face of outbreaks and emergencies. It looks to strengthen a culture which values and respects staff and showing them their needs matter, as well as empower staff to re-create a sense of "awe and wonder" in their work environment. The Joyful Community Award is aimed at offering opportunities for co-creation of innovative and impactful initiatives that will culminate in building and sustaining strong teams, strengthening esprit de corps and making "a place where happy people work" a reality.
