REGISTRATION FEES

  • SGD53.50* for three half-day eConference.

*Inclusive of 7% GST.


How to Register?

  • To register, please click on the link HERE (internet-enabled laptop required and it is best viewed on Chrome)  or
  • Scan the QR code below

 

  • You will receive a system-generated email upon successful registration and the secretariat will follow up with you within seven working days.
  • Please be reminded to inform and seek the necessary approvals before registering.

Note: Professional points (CME, CPE, SNB, DCR) will be applied and it is subjected to approval. Please note that only registered delegates will be awarded the points.


Withdrawal Policy

  • Any withdrawals and request for refunds are subjected to approval, and must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at srec@singhealth.com.sg no later than 1 November 2021. Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
  • Full registration fees will be incurred for any cancellations received from 2 November 2021.
