Doing prospective research studies in children may be challenging! As part of designing and setting up paediatric research, we will discuss informed consent, and when waiver for informed consent may be considered for studies in children. Also, we will explore how to complement the informed consent and other research workflows with clinical processes to improve participant experience and recruitment rates.
