Dr Douglas O LOUGHLIN

Dr Douglas O’Loughlin, PhD, is passionate about supporting impactful and joyful organisations and communities.  He is an Associate Consultant with Civil Service College and Harthill Consulting, and Principal Consultant of The Dao of Thriving. Originally from the US, he has been living in Singapore since 1993, and has worked across all sectors and in more than 25 countries doing Leadership and Organisation Development (LOD) projects.


Over the past few years, he has seen how understanding polarities can change our lives and our world, and has facilitated many workshops to support leaders to more clearly see and manage polarities.


Dr O’Loughlin has an MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management and a PhD in OD from Assumption University, researching on Adult Developmental Psychology. He is certified in a wide range of instruments and assessments.
