Dr Andrew Wong is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Post-Acute and Continuing Care (PACC), SCH. He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2006 and completed the Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2016. Dr Wong was conferred a fellowship with the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (FCFPS). He is currently a tutor for trainees undertaking the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (GDFM) and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) under the College of Family Physicians, Singapore (CFPS).

In his current role, Dr Wong delivers transitional care to elderly patients with complex care needs. Together with his multidisciplinary team, he partners patients, caregivers and general practitioners in providing sustainable, evidence-based, patient-centric healthcare in the community.
