Kevin is PSA’s VP Group Procurement and concurrently Head of PSA Singapore procurement.  As the CPO equivalent, he is responsible for leading and transforming the procurement organization globally in the areas of commerciality, agility and AI. The efforts have been fruitful, leading to PSA winning several industry awards. 

Prior to joining PSA, Kevin was in various marketing, procurement and supply chain roles with Shell for 20 years, across Upstream, Downstream and at Group level.  Kevin has a Masters in Procurement and is a Fellow of CIPS (UK), and is passionate about improving the profile, professionalism and contributions of the function.

Presentation Synopsis

SC 3 - Procurement Transformation Journey at PSA

 Kevin will be sharing PSA’s procurement transformation journey in elevating the function from transactional support to more of a trusted advisor delivering on business priorities. The journey will touch on the challenges to improve commerciality, agility and mindset at the Group level across a portfolio of business units with different cultural and maturity levels. In the last 3 years, digitalization and AI have added further complexity to the process and people change management aspects.
