A senior nursing leader within SingHealth, she serves as Deputy Group Chief Nurse (Crisis Planning, Nursing Operations and Nursing Informatics) and Director of the Staff Protection & Wellness Office at Sengkang General Hospital (SKH). Her work is anchored in advancing both patient safety and staff wellbeing through system-level transformation. At SKH, she has established and operationalised staff protection frameworks adapting from “MOH Tripartite Workgroup against aggression”, including structured responses to workplace aggression, post-incident support systems, and integrated wellness strategies to build a safer and more resilient workforce.

At the cluster level, she co-leads the SingHealth Staff Protection Council, driving a coordinated, system-wide approach to staff safety, and serves as Alternate Chair of the SingHealth Fall Prevention Committee, strengthening governance and standardisation of fall prevention practices to improve patient outcomes. She also leads key efforts in nursing operations, crisis planning, and the implementation of NGEMR (Epic), ensuring that care delivery is safer, more efficient, and digitally enabled.

Her career focus is on shaping a high-performing healthcare system where staff protection, workforce wellbeing, and clinical excellence are tightly integrated—enabling healthcare professionals to thrive while delivering consistently safe, high-quality care to patients across SingHealth.
