Presentation Synopsis
HM 19 - Challenges in Driving Innovation in Healthcare Organizations
Every organisation strives to create some form of innovation programme. Yet to date, very few such programmes deliver lasting value and/ or are shut down or are reborn with much smaller ambitions a few years after starting them. This topic does not describe how to create a programme but how to sustain it and what to look out for. It is meant as a thought-provoking presentation, looking at how best to engage both one’s own staff and those holding the purse strings.
