Ms Fiona Loke

Fiona Loke is a Deputy Director at the SingHealth Medical Technology Office (MTO). 

MTO is certified to ISO13485 and IEC62304 standards and supports SingHealth clinician innovators on the development of innovative medical technologies and software towards commercialisation and adoption. MTO also provides training and support to the SingHealth ecosystem in quality management system and risk management aspects, as well as investigational device studies. 

Before joining SingHealth, Fiona was a software engineer and subsequently received innovation training as a Singapore-Stanford Biodesign Fellow. She is a named co-inventor on 2 medical devices which have been marketed, and holds a number of granted patents. 

Fiona obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
