Dr Bernard Lim is an Organisational Psychologist and Director of the Leadership and Organisational Development Division at MOH Holdings (MOHH). He leads a team that supports leadership effectiveness, organisational development and corporate planning for MOHH. Dr Lim also supports leadership effectiveness and organisational development efforts in public healthcare. His research interests include employee engagement, organisational development, leadership effectiveness and strategic planning.

At SHMC in 2018, Dr Bernard Lim shared his team’s research on the type of leadership required to support the transformation of Singapore’s public healthcare.
