How was teaching and learning like 10 years ago?

“There was little structured teaching. Learning was very self-directed and we had to take a lot of initiative to source for tutorials. We trained as a team, shared notes and resources across institutions. Today, it is more learner-centered and we are beginning to ask what our learners want instead of what the educator wants to teach.”
