How to Register?

Note: Professional points (CME, CPE, SNB, DCR) will be applied and it is subjected to approval. Please note that only registered delegates will be awarded the points.

Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy

• Please note that SingHealth and Duke-NUS staff who are registered under funding will incur a no show fee.
• Please note that full registration fees will be incurred in the event of any no show by Non-SingHealth staff. 
• Any withdrawals and request for refunds are subjected to approval, and must be submitted in writing to the Forum Secretariat at ask@singhealthacademy.edu.sg no later than 14 September 2026. Please note that administrative and bank charges will be borne by the delegate in the event of a refund.
• Full registration fees will be incurred for any cancellations received from 15 September 2026.

• In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), please note that we have updated our SingHealth Data Protection Policy, a copy of which is available at http://www.singhealth.com.sg/pdpa. Hard copies are also available on request.
