REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is now open. Register on FormSG here!

All SingHealth and Duke-NUS staff will be funded on a first-come-first-served basis.

All prices are inclusive of prevailing 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), except for SingHealth & Duke-NUS staff as funded registration fees are not subjected to GST.

How to Register?

• Register on FormSG here 
• SingHealth staff who wish to tap on other sources of funding (such as Personal Training Fund, Department Fund, etc) should obtain approval from your respective HRs or department administrators before submitting your registration. You will be required to provide the necessary billing details in order to complete your registration.
  Note: Self-payment for registration will be required for unsuccessful funding application
• Bulk registration is available for 5 participants and above, all within the same department. Click here to download the template and submit via email to the Forum Secretariat at ask@singhealthacademy.edu.sg
• As stated in the registration form, self-payment participants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of prevailing taxes) before registration is complete. 
• The Forum Secretariat will be in touch with you within five (5) working days upon receiving your registration.

Replacement & Cancellation Policy

• Any replacement or cancellation will be subjected to approval and must be submitted in writing to the Forum Secretariat at ask@singhealthacademy.edu.sg no later than 14 September 2026.
• In the event where a refund is necessary, please note that the bank admin charges will be borne by the participant.
• Do note that full registration fees will be charged for any cancellation request received after 14 September 2026. 
• For SingHealth & Duke-NUS staff who are tapping on funding, in the event of cancellation requests received after 14 September 2026, a no-show fee will be incurred.
   

Continuing Professional Education

Application for Professional points are in progress and will only be awarded to Singapore-registered doctors, nurses, dentists, allied health professionals and pharmacists for attending the main Forum.
