UpToDate (UTD) is a comprehensive clinical decision support resource used by healthcare professionals worldwide. It provides evidence-based medical information and recommendations to help clinicians make point-of-care decisions.

Peer-reviewed content written and continuously updated by over 7,100 physician experts, covering more than 12,000 clinical topics across multiple medical specialties
Evidence-based recommendations that synthesise the latest medical research, guidelines, and expert opinion to provide specific guidance for patient care
Regular updates as new evidence emerges, with each topic reviewed every 4 months on average
Detailed drug information, including dosing, interactions, and adverse effects

UTD Account Registration

Use either one of the following two possible devices

Internet separation surfing (ISS) laptop connected to Wireless@IBZ
Personal device (laptop or mobile device) connected to Wireless@SGx at one of the SingHealth campuses

Go to www.uptodate.com
Click Register to sign-up using your corporate email address.
Once registered, you can assess UpToDate using your corporate laptop or personal devices

UTD Account Reverification

Every 90 days, you will need to Re-Verify your UpToDate account

Use either one of the following two possible devices

Internet separation surfing (ISS) laptop connected to Wireless@IBZ
Personal device (laptop or mobile device) connected to Wireless@SGx at one of the SingHealth campuses

Go to www.uptodate.com and login into your account.
Do note that it is not possible to re-verify your account using corporate laptop

*Kindly login at least once every 90 days to revalidate your account so that you can continue to access UTD via mobile phone or any of your devices with your existing account.
