AMEI Educator Development Framework (EDF)

The Educator Development Framework (EDF) is a framework designed by educators, for all healthcare educators within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. It is created by the AMEI Professional Development Committee (PDC) with the intent to provide a structured framework to guide educator development, aligned to a shared mental model of the different educator roles we play.

Created by the AMEI Centre for Clinician Educator Development, it provides a shared mental model charting the stages of healthcare educators' progression and seeks to guide our personal growth and development.

Faculty Development Grant Call

The Faculty Development (FD) Grant Call provides a harmonised application process to support healthcare professionals in attending programmes that enhance their teaching and clinical education skills, such as educational courses, conferences, and training initiatives.

It optimises and prioritises funding sources, including Residency and PECT faculty development funds. Medical professionals should apply through their Academic Clinical Programme (ACP), while Allied Health, Nursing, and Pharmacy professionals should apply through their respective Colleges during regular funding cycles.
