Developing a stakeholder super-serve attitude and mindset
Learn to identify and anticipate the underlying stakeholder needs
Creating internal customer journeys for each area of work
Understanding the concept of Positive Review Drivers (PDR’s)
Mapping PDR’s with the customer journey to deliver WOW experiences consistently
Effective handling of complaints and issues for positive outcomes
Avoiding common mistakes and things that can trip you up
Establishing the success metrics and how to course-correct
