Delivering WOW Stakeholder Experiences

This two-day bespoke workshop empowers participants to deliver amazing internal inter-department experiences. Participants learn the strategies, techniques and tips on how they can engage and super-serve the various departments for great stakeholder satisfaction. They discover how to better work together and be part of an exemplary department that stakeholders love to work with.


Workshop Outline

  • Understand why we need to super-serve internal stakeholders
  • Developing a stakeholder super-serve attitude and mindset
  • Learn to identify and anticipate the underlying stakeholder needs
  • Creating internal customer journeys for each area of work
  • Understanding the concept of Positive Review Drivers (PDR’s)
  • Mapping PDR’s with the customer journey to deliver WOW experiences consistently
  • Effective handling of complaints and issues for positive outcomes
  • Avoiding common mistakes and things that can trip you up
  • Establishing the success metrics and how to course-correct
