eProcurement - Requisition to Order (R20) Module


Do you need to purchase any product or service for the purpose of your work?  This course aims to help Healthcare staff equips with the knowledge of using eProcurement system, which is a standardized tool for cluster purchasing needs. Participants will learn how to setup their user profile once, which will help them to automatically populate basic information into the requisition that the user creates. They can request a stock item from Store, a non-stock item from contracted vendor or a product or equipment that requires calling of ITQ or RFP.  Through this course, participants will also understand the end to end workflow through procurement process and the governance put in place in the system.

  • Overview of eProcurement processes
  • Setup User Profile
  • Request for Catalog Stock item from Store
  • Request for Catalog Non-Stock item from contracted vendor
  • Request for Non-Catalog item that needs Sourcing activities (eg new equipment)
  • Leverage on “Copy” requisition functionality
  • Requisition “Search” functionality
  • eProcurement Business Rules
  • eProcurement Helpdesk support

Target Audience

Cluster eProcurement system was fully implemented in SingHealth on 1st April 2016. As part of the on-going efforts, we will be conducting in-house sharing sessions to guide new employees in using the system. Staff who have not been actively using the system and require a refresher course are welcome to attend this course.
