CHeAL Leadership
CHeAL is built on the close partnership between Education and the Human Resources departments of SingHealth hospitals and institutions. CHeAL leadership comprises members from the various departments such as SingHealth Academy, SingHealth HQ Strategic HR (Leadership and Organisational Development), and Changi General Hospital HR.
Our mission is to support the various domains within the SingHealth cluster through the development and delivery of leadership and domain-specific competency training programmes.
