Undergraduate Education

The CAH Undergraduate Education Unit was established to serve four functions:

  • Build systems and processes that ensure the undergraduate clinical training programmes are of high quality.

  • Promote faculty development and establish a support structure for clinical educators; establish a registry that tracks training, to ensure quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Increase the interprofessional and inter-institutional collaboration of undergraduate clinical educators, by providing a common platform for interaction and resource sharing.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical attachment requests by international, non-PECT (Pre-employment Clinical Training) funded allied health students. The unit will provide administrative assistance in the application and enrolment process.

Clinical Attachments
