Jeraldine graduated from the pioneer cohort of the NTU–Beijing University of Chinese Medicine double degree programme in Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She currently leads the SGH Acupuncture Service Centre, overseeing clinical services, governance, and strategic development. Jeraldine serves on both institutional and SingHealth committees, and is a strong advocate for patient safety, clinical governance, and sustainable service expansion. She is also a Clinical Examiner for the annual qualifying examinations conducted by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB). Jeraldine is committed to advancing the integration of evidence‑based traditional Chinese medicine within mainstream healthcare, collaborating closely with Western medical doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver safe, integrated, and patient‑centred clinical care.
