With 33 years of nursing experience and specialised training in peri-operative nursing, Huey Peng has contributed notably to the advancement of nursing care and was the key force behind the transformation of SNEC’s nursing culture and shaped new areas in Nursing Ophthalmic Services. 

Huey Peng chairs the Shared Service for Cluster Nursing Wellness & Engagement, focusing on key priorities on cultivating stronger Nursing Culture towards an agile and joyful workforce. 

A keen champion, trainer & advocate of patient safety and quality improvement, Huey Peng has contributed to several evidence-based and clinical quality improvement projects. She is also the Co- Program Director for Post Graduate Programs in Patient Safety & Quality and Principal Faculty for the module on psychological safety.
